Returns & Refund Policy

At Devnity Digitals, we provide digital services such as web development, app development, branding, and marketing. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once the service has started.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if the project has not yet started and no resources or time have been allocated. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Revisions

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we provide revisions according to the package agreed upon. Additional revisions beyond the package may incur extra charges.

Project Cancellation

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days during a project, the project will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
